Dark corridors need better lighting!!! Ice machines should be functioning properly and maintained regularly!!! Paint peeling off the stairs is a bad look!!! The elevator definitely needs maintenance to avoid loud noises!!!

I wasn’t ready for this!

I enjoyed my one-night stay with great staff service and a clean environment. The breakfast options were excellent too! If you're looking for a comfortable place near the McAllen area, this hotel is definitely a solid choice.

We had a great time staying here with friends! The location was super convenient, making it easy to visit cultural spots like the Heritage Center and the 17th Street Entertainment District. The breakfast was better than average, and the evening reception with snacks was a nice touch.

However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. We noticed our bed wasn’t changed properly, which was quite off-putting.

This hotel suits me perfectly with free Wi-Fi, a fitness center, and a great outdoor pool. The staff helped me with currency tips on my first stay. I'll definitely return for my next trip!

The room was super clean and had two comfortable queen beds, a private bathroom with a shower, and a decent TV. I enjoyed the fitness center and the outdoor swimming pool with sun loungers. Breakfast had tasty options like croissants and fresh fruit, which made mornings nice!
