convenient location, clean facilities, well-maintained common areas
Dark corridors need better lighting!!! Ice machines should be functioning properly and maintained regularly!!! Paint peeling off the stairs is a bad look!!! The elevator definitely needs maintenance to avoid loud noises!!!

We had a great time staying here with friends! The location was super convenient, making it easy to visit cultural spots like the Heritage Center and the 17th Street Entertainment District. The breakfast was better than average, and the evening reception with snacks was a nice touch.
However, the cleanliness of the rooms could be improved. We noticed our bed wasn’t changed properly, which was quite off-putting.

The room was pretty clean and the staff was super friendly. The beds were comfortable too, which was a plus for a family stay. The only bummer was that it could use a bit of updating because it felt a little dated. But overall, breakfast was decent, so that helped make up for it.

Unexpected comfort in McAllen
The complimentary breakfast was delightful, and the staff made us feel right at home with their warmth. Our room was spacious and spotless.
However, the elevator felt outdated and slow, which made moving our luggage a bit cumbersome. Also, some areas could use a touch of fresh paint.
