The location here is super handy, close to McAllen and the Medical Center. Had a bite at Subway, it's just a stone's throw away from where we were staying! 🥪

The rooms are big size with comfortable beds, microwave and the staff are accommodating.

We were in McAllen for 1 day, had very comfortable stay, the hotel was clean with convenient location even in the eating area. Location: the venue was not far from Very close to the mall and McAllen for the price and the Rio Grande Valley on a regular basis. And it was relatively near La Crawfish, ate there couple of times.

The hotel was located close to the mall and other shopping centres, and the Rio Grande Valley on a regular basis. The rooms were well-kept as for me, with comfortable beds. I had an exceptionally good breakfast with hot food, the food was outstanding! I came here for 1 night and had a very comfortable stay.

The facility appeared exceptionally clean.

Going through remodel and air conditioning wasn't working well at times. Water took a while to get hot in shower.

No negative aspects to mention, everything was great.

The bed was very comfy, as were the pillows.The breakfast and dinner buffets were perfect for our small family, and focused on our sons menu choices!

There was a shortage on pillows and towels.... apparently from the full occupancy over the holiday weekend.

During my recent stay at the Holiday Inn - Mcallen - Medical Center Area, An Ihg, I was pleasantly surprised by the spaciousness and cleanliness of the rooms. The bed was comfortable and provided a great night's sleep. The hotel also offered a delicious breakfast with a good variety of options. The location was convenient and easily accessible. I had a positive experience and would recommend this hotel.

Great location for easy access to anywhere we needed to go. Friendly person at front desk(alyssa). Very comfortable king size bed.

The bed was and looked so so comfortable. The tub looked so clean that you could take a bubble bath. Which my grandson did. He said thank you thank you thank you :-) :-) :-)

No complaints EVERYTHING was GREAT

The double room was clean, spacious, with a large bathroom, good service, very clean pool.

The staff here is super welcoming and always has a smile on their face. The rooms are spacious with comfy beds, and the location couldn't be better! 😊
